It was more than a memoir — One of the last Titanic letters
Eva was seven years old at the time. It was her maiden voyage. And it was the maiden voyage of the ship too.
It was RMS Titanic’s one and only voyage.
Seven-year-old girl Eva Hart and her parents, Benjamin Hart and Esther Hart, had the opportunity to join Titanic’s maiden voyage.
They were second class passengers on that luxury cruise ship.
Titanic’s Maiden Voyage
The ship left Southampton on 10th April 1912, and ended sinking in the ocean. During the first two days of the ship’s journey, Eva was in great trouble. But when she got used to the sea, she enjoyed the trip.
Everything she saw was new. It was a good experience to her.
Eva wanted to tell her grandmother how wonderful this trip was. So her mom, Esther Hart, wanted to write that letter for little Eva.
On that night, 14th April 1912, Esther wrote to her mother, Eva’s grandmother.
